The Pinlist workspace: an Auckland map with green and red scored candidates over zoning and flood overlays, and a property detail panel showing the buy-sell spread, the max offer and the indicative-estimates disclaimer.

The full picture, on one map.

Titles, parcels, rating valuations, zoning, hazards and the numbers, assembled for every candidate you add. The things that decide it, in one place, before you commit.

Keep browsing the portals. Bring your candidates here.

03

Compare them scored.

Green, amber, red, on one map.

The Score

A Pinlist property card showing a score out of 100 with its goal breakdown.

Your goals become weights, and every candidate you add turns green, amber or red against them.

Opinionated to your goals, not to someone else's average.

The Hazards

An Auckland map with flood-prone areas, landslide susceptibility, zoning, public transport routes and schools drawn as overlays beneath scored property pins.

Flood zones and landslide susceptibility, drawn on the map under your candidates.

See what the listing cannot tell you.

And everything else the ground is telling you:

  • Zoning
  • Flood
  • Landslide susceptibility
  • Coastal inundation
  • Overland flow paths
  • Contours
  • Parcels and building footprints
  • Public transport routes and stops
  • Schools and enrolment zones
  • Sports fields and courts
  • Growth corridors
  • Stormwater

The Numbers

The Pinlist buy-sell spread block showing indicative figures beside the indicative-estimates disclaimer.

Spread, yield and finance modelling, computed against your own assumptions rather than a generic calculator.

Indicative estimates, labelled as such, so you can compare like for like.

The Depth

The Pinlist detail panel showing title, parcel, rating valuation and zoning for an Auckland address.

Title, parcel, CV and LV, zoning and contours. Council-grade data, made readable.

Every Auckland address has it. Most people never look, because looking takes an afternoon.

Brian

Brian is the research analyst in residence. Ask anything about a candidate, and he asks the questions you would forget.

He reads what the page already knows, so the answer is about this property and not about property in general.

Brian, on a candidate:
The main friction is that it's currently only 2-bed when your target is 3–5 rooms, though the add-a-bedroom potential partly offsets that gap. Flood and landslide risk are minimal, and the 1972 build sits within your preferred era.

Sourced, not scraped.

The land data comes from LINZ and Auckland Council open data: titles, parcels, rating valuations, zoning, hazard overlays and contours.

What does it cost?
Nothing during the invite phase. Pricing comes later, and early users hear it first.
When do invites go out?
In small batches as onboarding capacity opens, typically within a few weeks of joining the list.
Auckland only?
For now. Layers are built region by region, and Auckland is first.
Do you have listings?
No. Keep the portals you already use. Pinlist is where your candidates get the full picture.
Are the figures valuations?
No. They are indicative estimates, clearly labelled, to help you compare.
What happens to my email?
Your invite and nothing else. See the privacy note.
